Great speakers Are Highly Recommend for Any Laptop User

Summary: While it is obvious that these speakers cannot hang with high end speakers, they are PERFECT portable computer speakers for many reasons. The price can seem somewhat steep considering you get speakers for the same price that include a much bigger set up, but I personally enjoy using these a lot.
Very impressed! Even better than some "desktop" speakers out there.

Summary: I was bit skeptic at first of some poor reviews claiming this to have poor sound - they must be SUPER picky or their sound card must be messed up. I just got these speakers and I'm VERY impressed.
Summary: These speakers sound very good for their size. The physical design is superb. They are compact and come with a great hardshell carrying case that's a little smaller than a typical text book. They sound very good up to about 80% power. After that, they start to distort a little.
Summary: While I love my intel Macbook, let's get one thing straight; the default speakers suck. That's fine, since they're altogether hidden anyways and at least aren't a laughable eyesore like on other laptops.
Summary: I was really excited to receive these speakers. I am a teacher and have the technology to run movies, etc. through my laptop, but needed more sound than the small laptop speaker provided. I really liked the Logitech V20 Notebook speakers.
Excellent considering the design constraints...and they work w/ Linux too....

Summary: Sound quality is very good, not having another power adapter is great, and these are small and light enough to easily carry them in a pocket of my laptop case. I've also experienced the distortion and "speaker dancing" at high volume like other reviewers, but feel these things are reasonable given...
Perfect for a laptop and great sound at lower volumes

Summary: I've been using these speakers for two days and am really impressed at the sound quality that they produce. They really do have good bass but at higher volumes, it really vibrates the speakers and slides them around.
Summary: These compact speakers deliver good sound for a modest price, and the self-contained stand folds down for easy transport in the supplied case. One reviewer noted a tendency for the speakers to vibrate and move around in response to deep bass acoustics, and I find the same.
Summary: The speakers provide very clear and ear-pleasing sound, with the controls on the right speaker serving as a virtual remote control for windows Media Player. I knocked off one star for the very short cord between the notebook and speaker. I suppose I could use a USB extension.
Summary: I've been basically living in a hotel room with my 12" PowerBook G4. The PB's speakers are fine if I'm sitting right in front of the laptop, but if I'm on the other side of the room, or even a couple of feet away with the sink running, I can't hear it.
