Summary: As soon as I insert my iPad 3, it will start playing iTunes songs even if iTunes has been turned off in the background, there is nothing you can do to stop this behavior. Also, if you are listening to a streaming podcast, the stand will keep it running in the background even if you turn it off. You would never know this contraption is the one causing a traffic jam in your internet service even when it is turned off.
Summary: I received this for Christmas, but they did not include the AC adapter. After a week's worth of e-mailing back and forth with their customer support, all they would offer me is a 50% discount coupon code so I could buy the missing part. Apparently, they are extremely worried about random people lying about owning this thing in order to fraudulently obtain AC adapters, which apparently would hurt their bottom line so severely that they are willing to sacrifice customer...
For tone deaf only. How do people say it sounds good?

Summary: The unit is just a louder version of the speakers in my ipad. I am not an audiophile or listening to classical music, this unit just offers poor sound. No bass, very tinny sound. I only wanted something to mount the ipad to in the car so my daughter could watch movies or use audio books. I wanted my wife to be able to use it to listen to music at home. The lack of sound quality instantly turned me off to this unit.
Summary: The autoplay "functionality" on this device is so horrible i've decided to return my stand as I just can't use it the way it is now. Anytime I dock my iPad2 the music player starts playing. If I was I the middle of a FaceTime convo, reading a book, watching a movie, browsing, or even just to docking to charge, when ever it connected, the music would start playing. Highly annoying.
