Summary: If you're looking for cheap speakers that get the job done for casual browsing / radio music, this is about as economical as it gets.
Pros: I like how some of the reviews complain about the lack of bass or the less-than crystal clear audio at full blast. They're $12 speakers, what were you expecting? For $12 they can fill a relatively large room with sound while maintaining above average quality. There is no bass, but the quality of the audio from quiet to med high range is solid. They are a perfect, cheap option for my bedroom desktop. They also look pretty sleek too.
Summary: All in all I am satisfied with this purchase, these work very well for an office environment where you don't want sound leaking out of your office and annoying your neighbors. They can play at very low levels but still emit the same good range of sound.
Pros: These are cheap, small, and sturdy little speakers with OK sound. They also have flat sides so they can be laid sideways under a monitor stand. I use these primarily for listening to music at low levels and for videoconferencing. They also look pretty good and do not feel cheap at all.
Cons: As with any sub-$15 speaker, the sound is pretty boring. However that is to be expected and really its plenty good for use at work. The biggest con, and the reason for losing an egg, is the headphone jack; it buzzes constantly which makes it pointless to use.
Summary: I am happy with my purchase of Logitech for basic speakers since my other ones malfunctioned. The work fine on my desktop computer and include a power cord. I would not recommend these if you are looking for flawless sound quality but they do a great job for regular everyday use.
Excellent for the Cost - No RF Interference Problems

Summary: I bought these to replace an old ProHT speakers. With the old speakers, a local radio station, the 60Hz noise, and bursts from my Wi-Fi router all got into the audio. It was worse on earphones. I tried powering the old speakers with a wall USB charger and the computer. Either way, noise got in. No noise gets in these even when I move the Wi-Fi router right next to the speaker. They work equally well on loudspeaker and earphones.
Summary: I was looking for speakers for my Dell Desktop and I had heard that Logitech products were pretty good from a friend, so I went and bought these. I've owned them for nearly two weeks now and they are pretty great. They go up pretty loud, but there isn't much base which is OK with me, really. The sound is clear and almost gives that surround sound feel. The power cord is short, but that's what extension cords are for so it's not a problem.
Summary: If I could, I'd give this zero stars.. I know they're really cheap speakers, and the rule of thumb is that you get what you pay for, but in this case, I don't think I even got what I paid for.. I bought two sets of these just for general listening to some music while sitting at a PC, and they were both horrible, and we just literally threw them away.
