  • Cons: horrible QA from logitech, sub was in pieces. The screws came out of the sub, so the driver was not in the housing.

Don't Cheap Out Like I Did.

Tully M., Newegg
9 November 2012
  • Summary: Basically, the amplifier for the satellite speakers failed, so though I could still get sound through the sub, it was unusable as a speaker system. I bought these before I went away to college because they were the cheapest 2.1 system that had a half-respectable wattage.
  • Pros: It's cheap.
  • Cons: - It died three months to the day after I bought it. - Didn't sound very good while it was alive. The bass is weak and muddy, the treble is lacking, and the mids are totally nonexistant, so everything has this strange, overprocessed, empty sound to it. - The tiny 4" subwoofer driver has nothing b...

Very disappointed

Steve P., Newegg
7 November 2012
  • Summary: The volume control on my Harmon/Kardon speakers (which have the headset jack on the right speaker next to the volume control) will control the volume in the headphones. Unfortunately, Logitech confirmed that is not the case for these. You have to control the volume using the Windows volume control.
  • Pros: Decent sounding speakers for the price
  • Cons: Volume control does not work on the headphones. The main reason I bought these speakers was for the convenient headphone jack on the remote. Since the remote has volume control, I assumed the volume control would work with the headphones.

Lali E., Newegg

  • Pros: Wired remote, looks good
  • Cons: Worked for 30 seconds and died, sub par sound quality even when it did work - don't expect to have any decent sound. Unfortunately did not get a chance to install within 30 days of purchase so now i am stuck with wasted $30 cause i cant return it and i don't plan to pay shipping and mess with thi...

Great speakers but...

Anonymous, Newegg
18 October 2012
  • Summary: These are pretty swell speakers.
  • Pros: They're really nice when they work. Clear, crisp, small, cheap.
  • Cons: This pair stopped working about 40 days later. Newegg won't take a return and told me to contact Logitech. 40 minutes with Logitech later I'm told these are discontinued and I will be receiving the replacement of a LS-21. The reviews are horrendous on Newegg and are less expensive speakers. I don...
