Summary: I purchased this speaker system some time ago and have been a loyal Logitech consumer (speakers, wireless keyboards/mice, cameras, etc.). I've also placed various Logitech products at my clients homes and offices throughout the years.
Summary: I bought these for some cheap speakers at the office, They are technically an upgrade from the dell soundbar on my monitor and laptop internal speakers. I would not recommend these to anyone. I wish I had spent a little more and got some better speakers.
Pros: -Cheap -Headphone pass through jack on the volume controller
Cons: -Almost no point in having the sub, bass is barely there. -Short cables from the speakers to the sub
Cons: Right speaker plays with about 1/10 of the volume of the left speaker. I've checked all my sound settings (and compared to headphones etc.). Happened about 1.5 months after purchase. There's something clicking/rattling when I pick up the speaker.
Pros: The sound quality is great! The little sub-woofer is impressive! (4 star review for the product itself, but..)
Cons: Mine was a returned item (There is a small chip on the front of one of the speakers). It was opened before and you could tell. Shipping seemed a little careless as well. I feel we, the consumer, should be notified ahead of time if we are receiving returned items and offered a discount. I'm not to...
Summary: This is the first Logitech product I have ever bought that failed on me so badly. I'm going to toss it up to a bad design. I will still buy Logitech, but I definitely do NOT recommend this set of speakers.
Pros: Nice sound quality, decent range of tones reproduced, loud enough. look good, feels substantial
Cons: After only a few months of infrequent use, the Left speaker cuts out now and there is no way to fix it. The enclosure is sealed and I wouldn't be able to look inside it without destroying it. Sound sometimes comes back after unplugging/replugging the input cable, but there is no rhyme or reason t...
Summary: Does not work with windows 8. i called logitech support and they were useless, tried realtek sound card upgrades and that didnt work, also tried contacting windows 8 and it did not lead to any fixes. definitly not a plug and play for a windows 8 OS.
