Summary: my onkyo home theater receiver which was at least 12 years old had issues for a while and needed replaced. left or right on certain channels wouldn't work consistently, and i was using it only for the subwoofer and the B output speakers. found out about sound bars by accident, and was in need of an upgrade as it was so i grabbed a used model from here. i knew if it didn't work properly amazon would take care of me like they always do. hookup is straightforward.
Good product but I would recommend the smaller version

Summary: Good product but I would recommend the smaller version. We have the smaller version of this as well and the controller is smaller and more easier to use plus it comes with 2 fiber optic ports and this one cost over $100 more and you only get 1 fiber port. Doesn't make sense to me. Also the sound options are overly complex and don't match the same options as the smaller version.
Crackling noise coming from speakers and customer service was no help.

Summary: We bought this product 2 months ago. It was good at first, although I expected better sound quality, given the price of the product. But it was still decent. Now when we have it on, it makes an awful crackling sound during loud scenes. Even if I turn down the volume, the crackling continues. I'm sending it in for repair, hopefully they fix the problem.
great upgrade to tv speakers, can control ypur LG tv

Summary: Like others said, it comes in the LG box (although mine looked kind of beat up) rest assured it needs to be signed for via fedex. Wo worries of someone stealing your new sound bar from your door step. Its packed really nice and tight inside, so when I opened the kinda beat up box, no damages are done to any of the items. Its a nice upgrade from my tv speakers, but if your expecting the sounds like from a 7.1 system, your not getting it from here.
Summary: We received this in a damaged box, so i was of course wondering if i should just ship it back... But my husband told me we should try it and see what happened. after unpacking everything getting the sound bar hooked up, we then tried to hook up the sub woofer and sync it with the sound bar, which it didn't give you any clear instructions on the pictures (yes pictures, they didn't deem it necessary to give you words.
