Summary: This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The unit will not hold its Bluetooth connection and making a connection is very tedious. As far as sound quality, let's say it is just plane junk!!!!!
Summary: Very disappointing. It didn't work at all, and the battery cover is practically welded on, so there's no way to get it off to check the battery short of dynamite. I won't be trying a second one. There's obviously a reason you can't find this company's website. It might be a killer concept, but the product itself is a complete dud.
Summary: You know it would be nice if all these little bluetooth speakers actually specified the number and size of speakers/power in them. The only one I found that does that is the logitech one. All these others are just little mystery boxes. I checked the product site and all, no real info on the product other than "ITS AMAZING". Who knows what you are buying?
Summary: I thought this would be great since it's cheaper than Jambox but in the last two months I've had it I have only been able to make it connect to Bluetooth device probably 40% of the time. Just hates Bluetooth for some reason. The first one I had and returned wouldn't connect to Bluetooth AT ALL. Battery only lasts about an hour before the thing dies and needs charging. Sorry Rocksteady, you're going away since Buy.com will not take you back.
Summary: Sound is incredible for the price. Compares favorably to $300-$400 units I just received this unit and started using it immediately to play MP3 music from my Android phone using Blueteeth. I was immediately amazed as to the clarity, depth, bass and loudness that was achieved by this little device. I even played the same music from a small Sony Walkman using the supplied audio cable with jacks. What a remarkable devise!
Summary: Very similar in size, battery life, and sound quality to a jambox. Significantly cheaper. Doesn't have a mic to work an a speaker/conference phone like a jambox. Does have track controls and a line-out though. Aluminum instead of rubberized type surface that the jambox has. I would leave that up to personal preference as to which is preferable.
Summary: I am really impressed with this little speaker. It was smaller than I thought it would be but man is it loud and clear. So far, battery life has been incredible and I have to turn it down all the time as it is so loud! Compared to my friend's Jambox, this things is much better and is half the price! I couldn't recommend it more.
Summary: I was very impressed with the sound quality coming from such a small speaker. You can really crank it up!!!! I have been using it in my backyard, but is is small enough to take anywhere. Definitely a great value. I highly recommend it!
Summary: I was initially happy with the function & performance of the Rocksteady, but overnight the battery discharges. At first, I thought maybe I forgot to turn the power switch off, but the second night I made sure the switch was in the off position. The following day it only powered up for a few seconds, then shut down. It must be slowly draing overnight, so it's going back. Hopefully the replacement will work properly.
