Summary: These are exceptional, durable speakers. I have had mine since 2007. Fantastic sound! Seeing as these were discontinued, I decided to look at the Marketplace's current prices for new/used items. I am shocked. I paid $99.99 in 2007 for new ones.
Summary: I got these JBL Spots, and I couldn't decide if I wanted these or the bluetooth versions available for my macbook pro. There's plenty of cord, and the cords are in excellent manufacture. I hide the bass under the desk, and put the other spots on the desktop and they are simply wonderful.
Summary: I set these up in my kitchen today and the really sound surprisingly good. they are smaller than I had expected (both the speakers and the sub) and the sound is nice and rich. Obviously, these aren't audiophile speakers, but are great for what they're meant for.
Best sounding speakers I ever heard for under a $100.

Summary: Without a doubt the most brilliant and enveloping sound I've heard from PC speakers for under a hundred dollars (I got it used) and I would readily recommend it to those who enjoy there music and like tiny speakers with powerful sound (big sub-woofer though, comparatively).
Summary: I bought this set from Target on clearance for $50.00, and did not realize how good they would be. The sound quality is amazing, and I am currently looking into buying another set for the RV/Garage in the future. Too bad JBL doesnt manufacture these anymore....
Summary: I got my speakers a couple of days ago, and I LOVE them! I didn't have my ipod with me, so I hooked them up to an old portable cd player. The sound is great, and I really like how modern they look. Easy touch volume control.
Summary: These speakers sound way better than the stock speakers in my iMac. The high notes on some songs are distorted, with a kind of buzzing sound, which I find a bit strange. So, they are not perfect, though far better than not having them at all. I paid around $40.00, including the shipping.
