Summary: the looks of the jbl creature is just so beautiful... these have tiny satellite speakers with good sound not very good it sounds ok like.... the sub woofer is small and the bass is not appropriate correct it distorts when u put it more than half of the bass level.but overall package is good as it looks great....
Summary: Great sound but still a complicated mess of cords. JBL should simplify the system or make speakers wireless (bluetooth). Otherwise best sounding desktop speakers we've owned. Sound quality rivals Bose soundock!
Summary: I bought these speakers for my room, about a month ago, and I'm very happy with them. I was expecting them to sound a little bit more natural, but I guess that was just asking too much in the MP3 era and for this price range. Just like everything else nowadays, the mids are gone and there's a boost in both ends of the spectrum, but that's a 21st century concept.
Summary: Sounds is great for both music and watching TV shows, movies. The only issue I have is the volume indicator. There is no indicator for the bass, treble, and volume. You have to set it by your ear, and use the computer to control the volume. I have everything set reasonably high, and it works great. It is a minor flaw. Still for it's price and size. It's a great package for what you get.
Summary: I am a student who loves music. I don't study it, I don't work in it, I just enjoy it. Thus, when I purchased these speakers, I was only looking to enhance the sound I already get from my music players. I know good quality music from bad, but I can't knowledgeably speak about the technical side of music. That being said, I was looking for volume, decent bass, and an overall worthwhile sound experience.
Summary: I had once written a critical review due to this product's fragility. True to the warranty, the manufacturer replaced it, and I've had it for years. It's not perfect-- now I need to occasionally fiddle with the cable for one of the speakers. But at this price point it still amazes me how great it sounds given its sleekness and portability.
Summary: For $62 you can't go wrong. These are some very stylish speakers, in comparison the the typical boring speaker design, and sound as good as you'd expect, given their tiny size. I do wish the sub had a deeper output, but overall, everything sounds great - and yes, you can get these guys pretty loud without getting any distortion - I have not heard any distortion yet. As far as features go...
Stylish small speakers with surprisingly decent sound

Summary: These speakers produced decent treble and bass sound combination for a small den/office. It's not meant for larger room. We used these Creatures all the time for listening a different types of music on the computer, games and mp3 players. However the weight of Creatures III bass speakers are lighter when compared to the previous generation Creatures II. Possibly they made the plastic thinner and used smaller components inside.
Cool speakers, positively great sound but not good support

Summary: I bought these speakers to give my laptop good kicking sound. The price is right for the sound and sheer coolness of the design speaks for itself. It's incredible that such crisp treble and kickin' bass is packed into a small speaker set. This is another reason that moved me to get these: they fitted my small home desk very neatly, although the base was a bit bigger than i expected.
