JBL Creature II

Tech2
16 August 2005
  • Excerpt: JBL needs no introduction; it makes mid-range and high-end systems for homes and cars – and pretty good systems at that. Macworld
17 September 2004
  • Excerpt: (1 items) JBL's Creature II consists of tiny satellites (3" x 3") that look like, well, little creatures, and a subwoofer that looks like their very big creature brother. Chrome-looking knobs on the subwoofer allow you to fine-tune the bass and treble, and touch-sensitive volume controls on the right satellite are, no pun intended, a nice touch.

  • Pros: Unique and stylish design, Touch sensitive Volume Control, Excellent clarity, Great Bass
  • Cons: A little pricey compared to other units, Volume control makes a clicking sound, No visual indicators
