Excerpt: Headline says it all, if you live in the middle of nowhere and don't have access to an electronics store to convert the power supply to fit your plugs then this i quite a nifty paperweight. Gave it 2 stars as it really keeps the paper lying dead still. Sarcasm aside, will change review once I get it running, as it can apparently charge through the USB but it takes much longer. The specialized 14.75V, 2.44A power supply also rendered my existing adjustable plugs useless.
Battery is NOT REPLACEABLE, even by the Manufacturer

Summary: I purchased my regular and big Jambox without understanding that the battery was not replaceable (even by the manufacturer). I realize that its ultimately up to me to research these things that matter before I buy, but I incorrectly assumed that a product of this quality would not omit such an important feature. Now when others see, hear and are impressed by my Jambox's looks and performance, I caution them that it has this serious shortcoming.
Bad pairing button within two months and poor customer support.

Summary: Overall Big Jambox produces very good sound for a Bluetooth-based speaker. It is also quite sharp looking. Up to last week I would have given it a 5 star review. However, the pairing button stopped working. I don't know exactly when because I only noticed when trying to pair it recently. The unit is only 6 weeks old and I had only paired it twice, including the original pairing which is done at first power up without having to use the button.
Summary: I was realistic enough before purchasing this product thinking that it is not going to blow me away. But, this speaker is a VERY personal speaker. In that its volume is very limited. I returned it.
Summary: This was one of my favourite items until the USB port broke. The glue holding the port in place was a major design flaw, just google "Jambox USB problem." When your USB port falls out this thing becomes useless. Ultimately you just can't buy this cool little speaker.
Summary: The design of the Jambox is great and it's the resin I bought it but then the sound was terrible, the audio is so low you can barely hear it if there is any noise. The point of a speaker is to hear it!
