Summary: These speakers are very good for the money spent, or lack thereof. More than does the job for me. I just wanted some inexpensive, but effective speakers for my office computer. Summary: I was looking for a nice pair of cheap speakers. I had a previous set of Insignia speakers with a separate subwoofer, which was a bit much for my office since I'm not able to just crank it up. What intrigued me about this set was the aux input in the front that would allow me to plug in my iPhone.
Summary: I have a lot of experience with sound equipment and enjoyed making these cheap speakers sound good. Here's how I modified them. First I plugged the ports in the back with an inch of rolled up paper napkins. This cleared up the bass and bumped up the mid frequencies.
Summary: no more words needed "i love it" the sound is very very clear as well as very lound; the packaging was excellent and customer service as always the best. will without thought recommend speakers to eveybody; one of the best buys from amazon every!!!!!!!!!!
Summary: this is my second set. bought 1st set at best buy for around $35 so when i saw them here for about $11 had to get more. i use a set in my kitchen to plug my iphone in and a set connected to my pc in my office. i think they have good loudness and bass for a desk or playing music on ipod or iphone.
Summary: I bought these for my macbook for music listening. For $20 speakers they produce really good sound and have great bass. I can't complain at all and I have about $2000 worth of audio equipment at my house.
Summary: I picked these up on Amazon for like $5.88 (open box) For that kind of money there great! The other reviewers that paid $60+ are obviously expecting what they paid for. These are a good buy if you get them for under $20.
