Summary: I bought to use with my 24" HP lcd - the build quality is ok, it nicely integrates with my lcd but the sound is really poor. Anyway I am satisfied because when I reaaly want to hear music or see a movie in my desktop, I use a pair of Bluetooth headphones from Tenga.
Summary: I purchased the speaker bar hoping to increase the volume of a small flat screen under-counter TV. The TV's sound was inadequate for kitchen use. I attempted to solve the issue by purchasing this amplified sound bar. Unfortunately, the amount of amplification was less than was needed. Easy and quick return. Seller was fine and they did their part.
Summary: I just bought this unit and the HP ZR24w display a few days ago. It came from a different supplier so it arrived today. Another reviewer has commented on noise attributed to the USB power source. I can't speak to the technical explanation but I can say that it sounds like an old radio picking up Morse code and it's so distracting in a quiet office that I considered sending the unit back.
Summary: I purchased this speaker bar to accompany a recently purchased HP monitor. The unit is easy to set up but it only fits certain types of monitor, which didnt include the one I had purchased! That was a minor quibble, but the main issue was that the sound quality was remarkably poor. It was very quiet and rather tinny sounding. It's a nice idea, but badly executed and probably not worth the £ I paid for it.
Summary: I bought this for my HP LP2475w and thought they just needed a usb connection to work but they require you to connect the speaker cable with it i.e. the usb cable also have a speaker cable attached 3.5mm speaker/headphone jack once connected you can control the volume using side volume button and switch it off, also has a headphone jack on the side.
