Good value for money

Summary: Before I bought these speakers I searched the internet for few days and spent at least 9-10 hours until I read one review on Amazon stating that I am paying $30 and spending hours and hours which would make my hourly pay less than $3 an hour. With that and reading the other good reviews I bought it and I am happy with it.
If you're looking for a slim speaker with decent desktop sound this is your choice

Summary: I tried a few other speakers that marketed themselves as slim.. These by far were the slimmest. The sound is better than you would expect and more than sufficient for occasional desktop listening while you work. Perfect price point, a definite buy.. So far I've had very good luck with Hercules products.
Summary: These are decent-sounding for the price and the size is exactly right for the amount of desk space I'm willing to give up. However, they don't sound great -- there's no warmth at all in the lower register and the sound gets a bit boxy if you turn them up to compensate. At the end of the day, they're pretty cheap speakers. I think this might be better if I'd bought the pack with a subwoofer -- my loss.
Summary: Very good-looking speakers. Thin, about 10" tall. Sound quality is quite poor. They sound like they're underwater. Remote volume control (wired) is nice. Fine for radio and low-volume music. Do not buy if you want speakers that sound good.
