Good for money. Good as TV speaker. Nice look.

Dmitriy, Amazon
5 May 2015
  • Summary: First - DO NOT expect too much from this system. It is definitely better than plastic twitters, but of course not hi-fi. Enough for TV, cartoons and background music. As an example - Solo 7 delivers much better sound (not hi-fi as well, though), but Solo costs 3 times more:) For whom it may concern...

Your music is about to change.

lauri smith, Amazon
26 March 2015
  • Summary: Larger and heavier than expected, these speakers seem to find sound that you didn't know existed in your music They don't get as loud as I want but still extremely impressive. The sound is every bit as excellent as most reviewers claim.

Rich sound, great buy.

Fidel Rodriguez, Amazon
18 March 2015
  • Summary: I've owned these since 2013 and have to say, I'm very happy with my purchase. I live in a studio apartment and bought these to replace the surround system I was using from my old, much larger apartment.

Just awesome

Anonymous, Newegg
10 January 2015
  • Pros: Feels solid, produces great sound. I discovers that there's music that plays at greater than 320kbps and my headphones could keep up but my desktop speakers were a joke. This was a great buy.
  • Cons: Wish the knobs had more obvious level markers. It's hard to tell if how far you've turned it. No big deal though.

Impressive sound belies their modest dimensions

J. B. Wiley, Amazon
25 December 2014
  • Summary: After using these for about 6 months, I will say that the sound they produce is much better than I would have believed possible. They do require a good sound card, and a bit of bass boost is also helpful. The low end (bass) is surprisingly clean and non-boomy.

Great Speakers! Very nice!

Harry S., Newegg
6 December 2014
  • Summary: I plug my headphones into this pair of speakers as I did with my first pair of Genius speakers. Now with the stronger amplifiers, I can hear better with my headphones too. These are actually my 4th pair of Genius speakers and I have always been pleased with them.
  • Pros: Great speakers, great sound, better for listening to music on my PC.
  • Cons: The only Con is weight. The box these were shipped in was heavy and thus cost more than usual for shipping. That being said, they are totally worth it. They are tall and heavy but produce great sound so they are worth it to me.

chris McArthur, Amazon
27 June 2014
  • Summary: Has the capability of being loud. Very good bass from lower speaker. Upper speaker kicks out your highs and mid sound. With a very nice sounding tweeter on top. Very clear exploding sound that can fill a room with ease. Best speakers I've ever owned. Other than my car system.

  • Summary: These are very good speakers for the money, good sound and overall quality is superb. They might not seems overly loud (more than adequate for gaming and watching movies), but the sound stage is full and audible spectrum is covered.
