Summary: I love the Rukus. It was an excellent acquisition, it sounds great, and easily connects to any device. The downside is that it has a handle to promote a better grip and gives some fear when picked up because it gives the feeling that it will fall.
Summary: This is not the loudest bluetooth speaker on the market but it is the longest running and most versatile. It will run all day on the sun and charge your phone at night. This little speaker is the best for camping and hanging out with friends on the porch.
Summary: I took this speaker with me for three months conservation work in Utah, Arizona, and California. When my phone died, it saved me by allowing me to reconnect to civilization in backcountry projects and my corps crew loved the sound of this one. Just buy it. I bought it when it was still $130. Highly recommend! A piece of advise..it prefers strong direct sunlight.
Summary: I have waited for six month to post this review to give the product a try. I have used the speaker on countless occasions by this point. I have only had to charge it (from the wall outlet) twice. The solar charger works great. The sound is of good quality. This is not a boom box, but it is perfect to listen to music outside while grilling, by a fire, or by the pool. Its compact size makes it extremely portable.
Summary: This thing is very nifty. It recharges with the sun and can play music all day. You can even recharge your devices off of it. The sound quality is not very great but the solar panel makes up for it in my opinion.
