Excerpt: These speakers sound very good regardless of price. I use them for gaming and listening to music while working and I am pleased with their performance. The speakers have a good range with the adjustable bass on the sub woofer and they can get very loud when you need it. The only con I can think of is that the cord for the satellite speakers could be longer. Overall this is a great set.
Summary: This set of speakers can't be beat at this price point. The highs are clear, the bass is not muddy and is quite powerful, and the set up looks very sleek. The speakers and subwoofer really don't take up too much room at all, they are pretty small pieces, which, in my eyes, is a plus so they don't look too obtrusive and are usable in a wider variety of settings as compared to larger speakers.

Don Brenna, Amazon

Summary: An amazing deal;I've tried them out for awhile and they have certainly surpassed my expectations. Another great deal that I've scored from Amazon. I'll be back;oh,by the way, they're hooked up to an Asus Chromebox from, Amazon. Absolutely,The Greatest Computer that I have ever owned;and I have had plenty.
Summary: Love this little system. Sounds super clear and the volume module is very convenient. Contrary to a couple reviews I read, there is a bass volume control (back of the subwoofer). Great unit for the money! EDIT: After about a week's use, I starting noticing some crackling and hissing noises. It is very annoying to hear with the music. I've submitted a return request for this item and plan to go with another model instead.
Decent for the price, but you get what you pay for

Summary: See update below... 1st review: For the price, it's decent. The volume controller is the number 1 feature that I was looking for so I can manually control the volume of my speakers or headphones. Headphones and/or auxiliary devices (iphone, android, etc.) connect to the volume controller as well (auxiliary cable not included), which is convenient. My only issue seems to be one that others have complained about.
Summary: Sounds pretty good. My ears are not what they used to be so I'm not as picky as I used to be either. To my ear, they are perfectly adequate for 90% of most situations. Because you stick them in a poor sound environment with fan noise and other background noise it's unlikely you'll be able to tell these from speakers that cost twice as much without REALLY listening for it.
Summary: I was fairly disappointed in these speakers - I bought sets but only opened and after a day of trying them out I boxed them back up and returned them all - they just didn't deliver the sound I was looking for so I spent a little extra and bought the (Logitech Z313 Speaker System) instead. (The Logitechs are worth the extra few bucks!
