Summary: These speakers are constantly crackling and making other odd noises, buzzing when the house phone is active or the laptop comes too close. Most of the time I just plug in the headphones and turn these speakers off because I can't stand to listen to them.
Summary: Purchased a couple of these speaker sets for the few computers in the office that have no audio feed back. Not for listening to fine music, but perfect for the audio feedback provided by programs or to listen to the news off the web.
Summary: Nothing but loud static and poor sound quality. For some reason, the static gets louder as you lower the volume AND as you raise the volume. Also, only the right speaker produced any intentional sound (the left had nothing but static), not surprising compared to the working speaker's performance. Avoid at all costs.
Summary: I have had these speakers for sometime now and they have met my needs well. I'm not an audiophile so I can't speak to their ability to allow you to hear things that people who buy really expensive speakers need to hear, but for watching streaming video, and getting alerts they work just fine.
Summary: Using the speakers through the headphone jack on the front of my PC. Volume is more than adequate. Sound is nice. Sometimes a weird noise from the speakers, like a whistling or feedback noise. Can't duplicate using headphones or another speaker set from a different manufacturer. Over all a good pair of speakers for basic use.
Summary: These speakers are pretty good. We bought this product for a new desktop that didn't come with them. For the price, it's pretty good. My only con with them is they included some shock with them at first.
