Summary: Great speakers for the size and cost. My wife plays music too loud in our little house and she has reached the bass limit and wants more, but these are great speakers for what anyone can realistically expect.
Summary: I had these speakers at work, my employer bought them for me, and enjoyed playing music for 3-4 years. I retired. I left the speakers. Partly because as a retirement gift, I received a BOSE. However, even tho I could attach the Bose to my computer at home, I did not want to. I had some cheap speakers I had bought maybe 8 years ago.
Summary: Excellent speakers for the money. The size is just right, and the fact that it is powered by AC means that the output is much better than the ones that you simply plug into your headphone jack. Highly recommended.
Summary: The Creative Labs Website sells these for just under 10 as of this writing. Don't be fooled by the price, these speakers are surprising good - they have the best sound of any speakers I've ever heard in this price range. Their performance is almost on par with the some of the best mid-range stereo speakers that cost quite a bit more. Controls -------- The power button, volume control knob, and 3.5mm headphone/earphone jack are all located on the right speaker.
Summary: Three sets of speakers, all have their strengths. The Sony set is the perfect size for mt laptop and fit in the briefcase until needed. The Creative ones work at my second computer and have a very good sound quality. The Logitech set has the best sound quality of the larger two, and it is the set I use on my primary computer. All three were in excellent working order with all the required wiring, ready to plug-n-play.
Summary: When I plugged these into my computer, I noticed a great difference in sound quality than my previous speakers. But my previous speakers were flat, so that may explain some. But I am nonetheless satisfied.
