Summary: If it had came with a built in adapter of some sort or even a buy this get one free deal it would have been possibly the greatest deal of the year. but i give them three because now i have to spend more money to make them work right :\
Pros: -Amazing sound for size and cost -easy setup -recommended for dorm rooms or small bedrooms. you will be shocked at how loud they are
Cons: -Wires are short. can be remedied with extensions -I Use this with my Qosmio x505 and it only has 1 audio port so i can only get 2 speakers and the sub woofer to work. Should have came with an adapter
Summary: The whole satellite-subwoofer system was invented by Henry Kloss who founded Cambridge SoundWorks who were then bought out by Creative Labs. So believe me when I tell you that these are bonafide
Pros: I have had the same basic system for almost 7 years now paid less then twenty clams for them at Wally World as I remember; still thumps hard; with a good sound card these will astound you.
Cons: If you want to feel the earth move well it's obvious your going to have to pay much much more.
Summary: The information on this item is hit and miss, w/o adapter and/or interface details I am hesitant to invest upwards of $70 (after s/h) only to discover that the system may not even be capable to interface with my current sound system setup.
Pros: Extremely affordable price on a brand name system that has been a solid pillar of sound design for as long as I can remember. Creative has always been known for ease of use and powerful, clear wide-range sound.
Cons: A system of this caliber will *require* an after market sound card upgrade powerful enough to process the sounds this setup could produce - an additional $15-$20 investment (for a cheap but solid/respectable card)
An OK product from Creative...Couldnt get the sub working at all

Summary: Bought this product and was initially very happy to get a CREATIVE product. I bought these speakers along with Creative X-Fi 5.1 USB soundcard to be used with my laptop. Installation was easy but the main problem began when I could not get the subwoofer working at all...
Summary: First of all the speakers don't plug into TV's unless you have some weird TV that works for it. And the Sub wont work at all. I tried to unplug the system and plug it back in and also unplug all the speakers and nothing worked. No bass from any speaker also. Terrible
Summary: I've liked most of Creative's products in the past, so I looked forward to trying out the Inspire T6160s. They came neatly packaged but the set up instructions left me wanting. After the cumbersome job of wiring 5 speakers to the sub, I hooked it up to my son's Windows Vista (SP2) desktop.
