They are pretty nice speakers, but not as good as I'd hoped

Summary: I was not impressed at all with these speakers, unfortunately. Due to some of the good reviews, I wanted to give them a chance. I had them hooked to my TV. Bass was virtually non-existent. The speakers put out some pretty good sound, but range is lacking. Sounded rather flat to me. I ended up returning these and purchasing a Vizio soundbar instead. MUCH better choice if planning to upgrade speakers on a TV.
Summary: I've just got this set of speakers today, set up and test my songs right away. It's not loud enough! I have to tune all volumes to max to make it louder...It's hard to believe people's comments here...I bought this base on the comments found here. I can not give this product 5 stars but 3 is enough.
good sound quality for the money. good arrangement for home computer.

Summary: Sound is ok. what u expect. its the awkward arrangement with the cables. good for computer speaker. not versatile for other uses. I was expecting the volume to be in a different cable than the one connecting source and subwoofer. plus it was left in a neighbouring office on a friday, which was closed on a weekend and not where I gave alternative and the notice was not clear. did not even have my name on. sound quality is nice though.
Summary: Compared to a PC's speakers a 2.1 setup is always a great addition and a must-have for anyone listening to music, movies, or playing games. Unfortunately these Creative speakers miss a trick or two. There's a pretty loud ported compact subwoofer that does a fairly good job considering the puny speaker it's got strapped underneath the unit. This adds a nice depth of sound and is worthy of 4 stars for it's efforts. Well made and looks nice too, especially for the cash.
Summary: I don't like the way these look, with their soon-to-be-scratched, shiny plastic and profusion of vents. I don't the way the hard, moulded, not quite flush fitting plastics feel, or the flimsy, plasticky materials from which they are made, which are all lightweight, including the downward-firning sub, and inspire no confidence that the sound will be tight enough to go anything near loud.
