Summary: These speakers are literally amazing! I put them full blast just love the bass. Though my speaker jack broke half a year later, so I'm stuck with the sound from one speaker. Overall that was my fault, great choice of speakers i recommend them.
Summary: I bought these speakers for my pc computer when my stock speakers were not out-putting enough sound for me. I researched for about a year. I finally took a chance on these and I was not disappointed. I like these speakers for what they are. They have 2 small speakers and a sub-woofer.
Summary: I bought these for ~$50 at a local electronics store after reading reviews on Newegg and I'd have to say they have lived up to my expectations. Other than the volume toggle, these are a great buy.
Pros: These speakers were great out of the box. They have lasted for 1.5 years now. The sound is clean and the bass hits well.
Cons: The volume toggle isn't very reliable. It fluctuates volume on its own and I have to tap it or wiggle the scroll wheel in order to make it work properly. This started about 6 months ago and has progressively gotten worse.
Summary: These speakers are the gold standard for me when it comes to reasonably priced desktop speakers for gaming and music listening. Every time I've strayed, I haven't found a set of speakers that sounds this good at this price.
Pros: Very good sound for the price; easy to set up and use
Summary: For those interested in "Green" power,(tested w/Asus P8Z77-L-VK onboard audio), with speaker controller set to Off: Approx 1.5W. With woofer @ 100%, controller @ 100% and no audio playing: 5W.
Pros: Amazingly good sound for the speaker size. If you're replacing old 2.0 PC speaker set then these will easily blow you away!
Cons: The satellite speakers are hard-wired to a single jack so may not be ideal for a desk with a split hutch (2 sides) & closed rear where you only have holes for wires. A jack on one of the sats would be nice. Woofer could be tad better but would no doubt raise the price. Regular retail price seems ...
Summary: For the price, this actually has good bass, I can't really expect to go to high without loss of quality, but was hoping for a little more wiggle room. These were a quick replacement, I was planning on upgrading down the line, but I may just keep these.
Pros: Easy master volume access. Decent highs and lows. Able to adjust bass independent of master volume
Cons: No headphone output. Can't turn to full volume with bass at full volume without loss of quality. Bass volume knob as behind speaker( I like it in front).
Summary: Overall good speakers for the price. I bought them as a gift for a friend. He uses them as main TV speakers for his media center PC. Before he had 2.5W Logitech that started dying on him. There is a huge improvement in sound quality from Logitech's(these were $12 speakers).
Pros: Inexpensive Good sound quality( for $40 speakers)
