The sound quality is fine and they work well for a time
4 September 2014
Summary: The sound quality is fine and they work well for a time. I've had them for four years now and the connections in the volume control are a little messed up. Moving the cord around can cause rather loud crackling noises.
Great Transaction! Fast shipping!! Product is kind of Disappointing.

Summary: After receiving the speakers, they look amazing sounded amazing. the only problem i had was that i only been using it for 2-3 weeks, and it has already giving me problem w/ the wiring control. it will randomly turn up the volume and turn down the volume, without me doing anything.
Not that bad but still it does not go with your TV

Summary: I thought it will be good deal to get it for my TV as my TV does not have great sound. But after connecting it to TV it seems its not gr8 but okay.... it is much better than my existing tv speaker though. Sub woofer is fine and speakers are also good.
Summary: Speakers are good... Bass is deep Enough for a person who is NOT an audiophile to listen with an iPod or MP3 Player/PC Sound is very immersive and wide. However, the one I recieved had its volume control not working So i have refunded it and instead got a newer version of this product, the Creative...
Summary: Haven't received my new set from Newegg yet. Returning the first set as soon as they arrive. I'm hoping that a second chance with these will go much better, because I really liked the sound they produce, even with the bad right channel.
Pros: Love the way they sound, even with a bad speaker (see cons). They aren't the most amazing speakers on the planet, but they do produce good bass, decent mids, and highs. Not bad for the price.
Cons: Purchased a set from somewhere else, just purchased a new set from here. The first set had a bad right speaker enclosure that created a bad static hiss when a range between 200Hz and 750Hz was played at low to moderate volume.
Summary: Muddy base and tinny highs with no medium to speak of. In other words if you're trying to not spend a lot of money on speakers and you want a cheap set just for gaming, these will get the job done. If you're looking for high quality or even medium quality audio look for something else.
Cons: The cable management is a mess. You've got the two satellite speakers permanently connected by 6-9 feet of wire. That wire has to be long enough to keep your speakers apart, and then you need to plug that into the woofer on the floor. You then need another cable to connect the woofer back to your...
Summary: These speakers were a big improvement over the cheap ones I was using for my desktop before. They sounded really good when I was playing games or watching shows. They were easy to set up although I couldn't really put the volume control in a place that was convenient for me and I think that aspect...
Summary: The wired volume control ain't half bad. If I could find a control nob on the speakers themselves I'd be much more satisfied, I'm old schooled like that.
Pros: The quality is great for the price, I can hear bad audible differences between MP3 and Flac with the speakers, so they're relatively good. They can work well at most audio ranges.
Cons: About seven months in the audio control had died on me, I could no longer control my audio as it would jump between volumes. This would occur unless I put the audio up really loud, and that is quite annoying having your ear drums being pelted. No longer being able to control my volume has really ...
