Summary: As one other reviewer mentioned, I too am amazed at the sound of these speakers. Bose couldn't match the sound of Creative Labs Inspire 245 2.0 Speakers at this price point. I once paid over $30 for a 2.1 Logitech system that didn't sound as good as these 2.0 "cheapies". Most of the problems with sound on these speakers and many others reviewed are from people who are clueless about audio in general and by some who think they know all about sound because they own an...
Summary: I received these speakers when I purchaced a new desktop PC that is now G O N E. I thought they were underwhelming, untill I started trying to replace them with a 2.1 system that beats them. Dell 2.1 speakers don't come close. Sure there is not any woofer to give the boom boom, but the clarity in the midrange is superb, and they deliver alot of volume for such small things.
Creative 245 PC Speakers.........for this price you can't go wrong!

Summary: I have recently bought a set of these for my laptop. These are ridiculously cheap speakers let's be honest, so dont expect any low end bass, it's not gonna happen, however they can provide some mid bass and listening to some trance and garage tracks was actually acceptable IF you keep in mind the type of speakers you are listening to and the money you paid for them. Surprisingly they are super efficient and go very loud.....no really, they do!
sound quality good, design very good, price affordable

Summary: Creative Labs is a good brand. Its sound quality is good. On the back of each there is a bass port. So the bass is definitely not that bad as many people say. Bear in mind that this is a 2.0 speakers. If you pursue very strong bass, you should consider 2.1 speakers. It is magnetically shielded, but not very well shielded. Overall the sound quality is good and the product is reasonably fine work. I prefer it to SPA3250 and BXR1220, disregarding the portability.
Summary: An excellent buy but not something you'd want to listen to all day long. I use these as an adjunct to my exercise bike and run my iPod through them. They get the job done. For what it's worth, I paid about $15 for them locally.
Summary: Good little, powerful speakers for the office. The speakers are sleek, black, not shiny and produce a poweful sound. Button on the side lights up. Very discreet looking and fit nicely tucked in our desk.
Summary: I had to return these Creative Labs Inspire 245 Multimedia Speakers. I have to say that Amazon was very quick with processing the refund. As all us know, you get what you pay for. The speakers squeaked and scratched but didn't produce much noise beyond that. I wouldn't waste my time or money these again. Thumbs down!
