Audio quality matches price, good value if you're not too picky.

Miles Baker, Amazon

  • Summary: Length:: 4:27 Mins The speaker works well, it's simple and easy to use. The bluetooth function was easy to connect to and the volume buttons work great. The speaker quality is not the greatest, but it's decent enough if you're not too picky.

Good sound, small package at a fraction of the cost compared to other units

Stefan, Amazon

  • Summary: We have been using the Creative D80 for well over a year in our kitchen and we are pleasantly surprised. We stream music from Pandora, Amazon Mp3 & other sites using either our laptop computer or some old Android phones that we use as media players. Sometimes I'll bring the unit with me when I am working on a home-improvement project. The sound is pretty good and most music sound fine, such as The Beatles, Johnny Cash, The Pogues, swing, folk, etc.

  • Summary: this unit plugs into the wall and is loud enough to fill a kitchen. I would recommend the D100 it is louder, portable and takes batteries.

Almost perfect

Almost perfect, Amazon
21 July 2013
  • Summary: This item would have been perfect. The only issue I had is how the purchase said wireless. The speakers however needed to be plugged into an outlet for power, but there isn't even the plug in the box with the speakers. Luckily I had an old PSP charger and that did the trick.

It does the job.

figuy, Amazon
15 April 2013
  • Summary: Sound quality over all is not that great but not terrible. The highs are pretty flat and the mid range sounds a bit muffled. The bass output is decent considering the size of the drivers and enclosure, but lacks some accuracy. The Bluetooth pairing is very easy and range is about 30' if nothing is between the two devices. It has started to cut out at less than 20' with random things in the way. It's plenty loud for my 3 car garage. Build quality and design are good.

Simple and easy

Shootertec, Amazon
9 April 2013
  • Summary: Speaker was very easy to pair up and use within moments of opening Amazon parcel. Works great for a simple single speaker in the bathroom to listen to while getting ready for the day. Sound quality is okay. This is not a loud speaker and it obviously doesn't have a lot of base. If used in a small room like a bedroom or bathroom it will allow you to hear and understand voices of news anchors or talk radio without too much trouble.

Better than most Laptop/Notebook speakers but...

Steve A. Rosa "Happy Honda Cycle Owner!", Amazon
3 April 2013
  • Summary: True, the Creative D80 Speaker is better than most Laptop/Notebook speakers but not by much! If only Creative would have added an amplifier then I would have given this speaker a full five star, unfortunately it doesn't have! It's quite easy to hook up to the bluetooth between my laptop and the Creative D80. Not much else to say that I can think of other than I am happy to be able to hear my music better than by using the senseless speakers that are in my laptop!

Sound is above average for such a small package

M. Bishopski "Lost in the Woods", Amazon
24 March 2013
  • Summary: With Apple once again changing their connector, bluetooth devices like this seem to remedy the constant change. This little speaker sounds a little better than my iHome clock radio. It has above average mids and highs and below average bass. The connection to the Ipad or iPhone is simple. Hold the only button down until discovered. Its the size of the average alarm clock so it fits nice on a desk or night stand. It also has a 3.5mm input so it will play anything.

Gift for dad

Jeremy Carragher, Amazon
27 February 2013
  • Summary: My dad recently started using Pandora so I bought this for him to use through the house. If you are new to bluetooth speaker technology let me start by saying its amazing. I found that i used my phone for music far more than before. The ease of syncing honestly made me stop using my plug in surround sound. The technology is a huge step forward. Being able to change the songs while working or walking around the house is worth it in itself.
