Summary: Easy set-up using the app, got connected to my Wifi network within 5 min. Vocals are clear and bass is tight and punchy. Wireless connectivity is just limited to Airplay, but it works flawlessly with all the iPads and iPhones in the house, changing from device to device without any hitches. Love it!

Summary: In my opinion, the Bowers & Wilkins A7 is by far "THE BEST" single speaker sound system available today. Quite frankly, the A7 is in a category of its own when it comes to sound precision. The sound that comes out of this speaker is truly remarkable. It is so remarkable that I have come to discover sounds in the songs I listen that I never knew where there. For a very steep price tag of $800, Bowers & Wilkins A7 gives you a taste of what audiophile is really about.

Summary: I purchased a refurb unit from my nearby Crutchfield retail showroom, exchanging a Polk Audio Woodbourne unit for the B&W A7. The bass in the Polk sounded overbearing and yet muffled in my living room. The B&W A7 is crystal clear, and a real joy, and the remote works from a meaningful distance, much more effectively than the Polk remote. Setup with the iOS app to guide me was an absolute breeze, much easier than the Polk Woodbourne.
Great Sounding Portable WiFi All-in-One Speaker System

Summary: As a long time home recording studio owner I have a great appreciation for open natural detailed sound. The A7 produces remarkably realistic and pleasant audio. All speaker systems are basically arrays of motors designed to move air, and the laws of physics can't be broken or cheated, so smaller systems are always somewhat less powerful and full sounding than larger arrays.
Summary: Almost a Perfect speaker to me. The sounds is great especially long hour play back for acoustic and vocal. Well balance of base and treble. The two only set back is takes time - huge latency (more than 5 second) for wireless airplay compared to Bluetooth and , pricey.
