Quality made speakers with the best sound of any in their category
4 February 2013
Summary: These speakers are awesome with so many convenient features others don't offer. The sound is superb, rivaling that of a large stereo system! The large sub woofer (which also has the amplifier inside) is well designed accoustically with large air port to allow booming bass. The right/left speakers are really great looking on a desk and have the best mid and high range sounds.
Summary: I bought these for my boyfriend who LOVES to play his music LOUD!!! and with these he can....at His house! When we turned the up in my apartment, I said "those have eviction notice written all over them...LOL" But he lives in a more rural setting than I do so they are great for him. The sub is Larger than I expected & the speakers height is adjustable kind of a neat design feature.
Summary: Love the speaker system. Have it hooked up to my TV's headphone jack. Lots of sound, nice bass, and the speaker design is really cool. The little wireless remote is so cool. It was the reason I bought the system. I was worried that I was going to lose it tho. So I bought a Logitech Harmony 300 learning remote and was able to teach it the commands.
Summary: A friend of mine had an older version of these 2.1 computer speakers and they rock! So I bought these expecting the same or perhaps better quality (newer technology and all). But these speakers are significantly less impressive. They are not bad, given the price, but they just don't sound great. The remote control is flimsy and hard to handle, the volume buttons are annoying (vs a turning control).
Summary: I have to say, I was disappointed in these right off the bat. The good: The sound was decent for the price, the sub is just so-so. They don't take up much space, and overall look pretty nice. Overall the system sounds pretty flat. The remote control is super cheap and the holster it comes with is terible. The slightest bump to it and the remote will slide or jiggle out and fall to the floor (most likely into a really annoying place in a jungle of computer wires).
Summary: Just connected up these speakers and the sound works well for me. Only problem I have now is that it is completely unknown as to how to make the remote work. The battery was in the box (wish I had a picture on the info they sent, but hey, aren't you asking for too much now? Oh, and I had to rip the remote practically apart just to get it open.) Anyway, sound is great, but the only reason I bought this is for the remote! I already have speakers.
