Summary: I've had these for a few years now (only because I can't afford a better set) and I have to tell you, the static on them drives me freaking nuts because I play my music quietly and can't cover up the static noise.
Great Sound!...If you can get around the interference.

Summary: On display my local Target, these speakers sounded too good to be true for only fifty bucks. Beautiful high-quality sound, a not-to-deep bass from the low-powered subwoofer, and the 'SFX' button (simulates surround sound) just makes these things shine.
Summary: Overall not a bad product with decent amplification and good base sound. The main problem I have with it is an annoying hissing sound which cannot be avoided. Depending on where you place the speakers, the hissing sound can be minor or absolutely annoying.
Summary: Well...it's nice to know I'm not the only one. I've owned these speakers for about a month. Immediately after hooking up the speakers, I too noticed a faint, but very audible "clicking" noise from the speakers. It was faint enough that it wasn't too annoying or distracting.
Summary: Like the other reviewer I must add that these speakers pick up all sorts of intereference. We bought them and they sounded great in my son's bedroom. That is until e hooked up his Wii. The wireless technology that is part of the Wii causes these speakres to squawk and crackle like crazy.
