Summary: Not very loud. Quality is fine but there is no volume control and they aren't much better than laptop internal speakers. I have Altec-Lancing Model 19 studio monitors, which are the best speakers ever; so I expected a lot more from these.

Summary: These are the best speakers if you are on the go or if you need to change them back and forth between systems. I bought one for my laptop and the quality was great. So I bought more for my other systems.
