Great Mac Music/Sound System and Low Price!

Michael Casey, Amazon
30 December 2015
  • Summary: I have been looking for better speakers that can work with this subwoofer, because it's a great, powerful sub with decent sound and I want to get high end speakers to use with it.

Good little speakers

Chad A. Lauterbach, Amazon
11 March 2005
  • Summary: This speakers are great sounding little things for the computer. If you are looking for a set of speakers with a subwoofer this is definately not a bad place to start. I have two sets of them and have had no problems with them, and yes... They are loud.

INCREDIBLE SOUND IN A TINY PACKAGE

ZmanNYC2, Amazon
14 February 2005
  • Summary: THE ACS33 SPEAKER SYSTEM CAME WITH THE PC I BOUGHT WAY BACK IN 2001. THE PC WAS AN OFF-BRAND AT THE TIME, KNOWN AS ABS. AFTER RESEARCHING MY OPTIONS FOR BEST PC UNDER $1000, I OPTED FOR THE ABS MAINLY BECAUSE THE REVIEW RAVED ABOUT THE INCREDIBLE CLEAR AND ACCURATE SOUND FROM THE INCLUDED SPEAKERS.

Put on a short leash....

Amazon Customer, Amazon
9 February 2005
  • Summary: These speakers do not sound bad, don't get me wrong. If the company had actually used a tad more thought when designing the cabling they would have a winner. However, even the sound quality on these is not up to par with the set of Cambridge Soundworks/Creative Labs computer speakers I have that...

Amazing little system

Nellow Simukonde, Amazon
16 January 2005
  • Summary: This speaker system is so cool. I have had it for about two years. The satellites produce crisp clear sounds with enhanced frequences in all ranges. The subwoofer-it is simply amazing how a little box like this can put out such rich bass. The sound just shakes my entire apartment.

Great for a Decent starter set

A. A. Church, Amazon
16 January 2005
  • Summary: Most people out there want a decent set of speakers that are not going to set them back a hundred dollars or more. I bought these on sale at Fry's Electronics 3 years ago, and everybody who had heard them say "WHOA!" That much sound from those little things.

We Spent the Evening Dancing to Beautiful Music!

D. Scott, Amazon
31 December 2004
  • Summary: I had never had any speakers on my computer other than the ones that came prepackaged with it. After they died a slow, horrible, crackling death, I started to shop around. I finally chose the ACS33, both for the terrific price and the good reviews here.

These speakers will last forever!

Cyber_monkey, Amazon
7 December 2004
  • Summary: I've owned this exact set of speakers since my dad bought them for me as a gift when I was in college over 15 years ago. They're a little dirty and yellowed with age, but they still work the same as they did when I got them, talk about a quality product!

Doubtful most users need more than this

tropic_of_criticism, Amazon
5 December 2004
  • Summary: Certainly not the best speakers you could ever have for your computer, the ACS33 nevertheless fills an important niche in the market. If you're looking for subwoofered sound on the cheap, this is probably your best bet. They're competent performers, without taking price into consideration.

Baby got BOOM, but not separate volume control.

Ariel Meadow Stallings, Amazon
8 November 2004
  • Summary: These speakers stunned me. When my tiny "came with the PC" speakers died, I looked into getting some similar little speakers, but then realized that I could spend just a few dollars more for this three speaker set. First, let me say that the subwoofer BOOOMS!
