Summary: I have a background working with the corporate server versions, so I'm a bit bias on this consumer version. Decent product for average backups and restoring a PC, but could use some more improvements.
Pros: Works good for backing up entire drives and files/folders. System recovery disc.
Cons: Bloated in areas. There is no way to turn off services - through the program - if you do not want "live" backups. Numerous issues with network deployment/back-ups has. System recovery disc has compatibility issues with Daemon Tools.
Works depening on which version of Windows you use

Summary: Software works under XP but there are lots of issues with Vista (at least 64-bit Vista from my experience), ended up going back to Windows XP instead since it was/is still a more stable platform.
Pros: Works great on Windows XP Professional (32-bit), does what it needs to do as advertised and without any issues.
Cons: There is more work that needs to be done by Symantec/Microsoft, I originally installed this software on Vista Ultimate (64-bit) and it caused nothing but issues from system hangs, login issues to .DLL errors to blue screens.
