Summary: I've used many different brands of software for video editing over the years, I thought I'd try Pinnacle's again, since it was on a pretty big discount. Years ago their software had an intuitive interface, but was very buggy, so I stopped buying it. Well, nothing has changed. Whether or not this is derived from the top of the line Avid product, it still crashes way too often, so I learned to save often working on my first project.
Summary: I probably should have went with the basic setup of studio instead of the ultimate... I don't need all these bells & whistles for typical editing... *shrugs* whatta gonna do.
Pros: It works with Windows 7 and has all the bells and whistles with a nice look...
Cons: Nice looks don't keep it running, it constantly crash's right in the middle of a project... my version 10 worked soooooooooooooo much better but won't work on 7 so weigh it out... stick with XP and a good version or go with 7 and hope it don't crash.
