Office 365 upgraded and easier to use than ever
15 December 2012
Summary: Familiar tools coupled with new features and a simplified and redesigned interface make Office 2013 well worth the paid upgrade.
Pros: Microsoft Office 365 Home Edition is a significant update that delivers all the familiar software, with a reinvented interface, tools that make common processes easier, and a cloud-friendly system that lets you work from anywhere.
Cons: The $100-a-year subscription will be hard for many people to swallow. The upgraded apps are not available for Mac at this time, and won't be for 12 to 18 months.
Summary: We go in depth with the finished version of Office 2013
Pros: Improved interface, Clean, clear and efficient, Every app has great features like PDF Flow, Office on all your devices, Office 2013 is about more than a new interface. From little touches such as animating calculations as they change to new tools that help you get the Excel chart that shows what's important in your data, from in-place replies in Outlook to change tracking and commenting in Word that doesn't make your document look like a battlefield, the desktop apps ...

Summary: Despite the lack of an official release date, the next version of Microsoft’s all-conquering productivity suite, Office 2013 , is very nearly ready. The upcoming new release, however, will be a lot more than just another update with, as well as a smart new Windows 8 look and new features, a tablet version and an attractively priced cloud-based implementation ( Office 365 ) to tempt users away from the traditional desktop product.
