Summary: I bought a new tower, because my old one was outdated. The new tower doesn't have ms office, you must buy office. What good is a computer without office? Office is great, do not know why it doesn't come with a new tower. Another way to boost consumers price.
Summary: I recently purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2013 from Walmart. The price was the lowest I found. I had the product delivered to my home, and it came right when they said it would. The program loaded easily, and has many features I have yet to explore. I would recommend this program to anyone with a home based business or school age children.
Summary: I bought this product for my grandson who is in high school. Since I have heard to complaints, I will assume the program is working great for him. I have used Microsoft Office products for years and don't remember anything but minor problems. I wish it came with a disk, but I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
Summary: Like other reviews, I found the setup process annoying and frustrating. Using it only for my hard drive, not for files "in the cloud". But the product seems to work nicely once installed with little "back talk". I recommend photocopying that silly little code card as a backup.
Summary: Package contains a card with the software key and instructions to go online to download the software. I may be behind the times, but for $140 dollars, I expected to receive a CD. The CD is available however for an additional $15.
Summary: I only had one problem. The office suite no longer has Document Imaging. I used the the tiff viewer in my work so I had to purchase the software program separately. The earlier versions of Office had that tool.
