Summary: This product isn't what I was expecting. I purchased it and when it arrived.. it was a card with the product key for the Microsoft Office and a paper with directions. Once I went on the site.. put in the product key number, it said that it was accepted and to call this number displayed for activation. Don't even try.
Excerpt: Needed to upgrade to a level of Office that will play nice with Windows 8.1. The new versions are familiar, predictable, and well-designed. Thank you for not "improving" them to the point where they have no resemblance to the standing product.

Summary: Please bring back the install disk and ditch the Key Card install. You must have an internet connection available to install and I was first redirected to a web site that wanted to run a "security scan" on my new PC for bugs and malware that would prevent installation. Summary: I was expecting a disk but instead received a number. When my PC failed I had to input a 45 character into my new PC from a recorded phone call from Microsoft.to get my office program installed.
