Summary: The only disappointments are that there is no disk and you save your stuff into a "cloud." I don't like that. I'm guessing you can also save your stuff on your hard drive if you want to and use the cloud if you want to access everything on different computers, tablets, etc. I haven't learned enough about the cloud to know, but I do have to wonder who else would have access to my stuff. Other than those issues, the software itself is a deal.
Summary: Had to upgrade because my old office did not work with Win 8.1. I always keep up with the latest version of office so this upgrade was a no brainer for me. Ordering online saved me a few dollars above the amount of taxes. Ordering through Walmart is faster than any other venue due to the Site to Store plus the shipping charges. I will continue ordering through Walmart as long as the benefit is real.
Summary: There are some differences between 2010 and 2013. But I do not understand why companies have to "fix" things when they are not broke. 2010 was a very nice product, this one is good and will take some getting use to. The best price for this product that I found was here at Walmart.
