Summary: I want to immediately use any software and I'm not afraid to jump right in, with this Office 365 it took me a little longer to navigate and then I got an email with tutorial after receiving the laptop and software.
Excerpt: Word and Excel work fine and easy to add to PC's and Mac's in a family home office environment. Outlook is limited, not near the versatility of my old Office/Outlook 2007! No help on the internet, don't know if a full blown commercial office subscription would bring back access to stuff that appears...
Summary: The product was great and met all my expectations. It is a sensible, easy to use version of the powerful Microsoft Office 2013 software. I love having the ability to share documents online, even if the recipient does not have the program. It makes accessing the documents I have created a lot easier.
Basic commands are not clearly located, much un-needed search to find them

Summary: I bought the MS Office 365 to replace an older version in where the "Outlook" part has failed - was too expensive to fix. I will put up with it, but don't like it. The command structure is not user friendly, cumbersome - even for a simple use. Also, as a one year usage permit is too expensive.
Summary: Not the fault of Walmart, but WOW Microsoft has come up with a real money maker, when you pay for the program, it's not yours it's just the first year rent up front, then you have to renew your rent every year there after. As far as Walmart, they are the best store that I have ever dealt with.
Summary: OK Office features, but the start up is slow and is nothing improved from the prior version. I mostly use Excel, and still do not like the changes MS made; still need to think where things are.
Summary: I don't know this version very well. It is definitely different than the one I am used to which was XP 8 years old. I like the Sky Drive which is comparable to the Cloud. I hope with time I learn the program better. I may need a book to learn all its new uses and how to navigate it.
