Excerpt: Word and Excel work fine and easy to add to PC's and Mac's in a family home office environment. Outlook is limited, not near the versatility of my old Office/Outlook 2007! No help on the internet, don't know if a full blown commercial office subscription would bring back access to stuff that appears to be there, just can't click on it. Stick with stand alone Office software if you can, but I was told recently, soon it will all be subscription.
Excerpt: With Excel and Word changing so often (I don't use Outlook) this package was the most economical way to get what I needed. Less expensive than buying the "whole shebang" which had several programs I rarely/never use. And each year when I renew I get the latest and greatest!
Excerpt: The software is being used for five new computers in the office. These are called "Standalones" due to never going on system's network and allows the users to travel with the laptops and still submit the standard reports and data inputs, thus having the ability to cross share when back at primary office.
Excerpt: Everything is more convoluted, fussy & annoying with every iteration. Petty annoyances (you'd wasted whole days, or aggregate weeks accomidating yourself to previously) can now be best described as migraine producing at best, to ulcer inflaming on sporadic occasions, where you're alone in some motel 13K miles from somebody reading through a script...
Pros: Retirement Looms
Cons: Makes Me Hate My Boss, Makes Me Hate My Clients, Makes Me Hate My Job, Makes Me Lose Sleep, Poorly Designed
Excerpt: Having Microsoft Office as 'apps' takes some getting used to but the product was exactly as described. Nice that it comes with license for 5 devices, and describes exactly how to download it and remove other devices.
