Cons: claims to transfer programs and registration to new computer. does not. for all of the programs that won't transfer, software metaphorically points the finger and says, "it's not my fault." don't waste your money or time.
Excerpt: I am very unsatisfied with this purchase. my web research said this was the best product but didn't work. once I called tech support they asked a lot of questions about the age of my laptop and if I did regular maintenance.
