  • Pros: They do answer telephone. No basic knowledge, let alone any higher level knowledge.

Quicken updates are a scam

  • Summary: My advice is that if you have a version of Quicken that you like and you don't need the support of automatic downloads of your financial data (i.e. you enter transactions by hand), is to stick with your current version and don't let Intuit blackmail you into an upgrade that you don't want or need.
  • Pros: Quicken is a fairly good product to use in managing your financial accounts, However....:

Installation will wipe out previous data and uninstall older versions

  • Summary: It would be nice if a consumer knew this information before opening the box and beginning to install. Now the software is not returnable to NewEgg
  • Pros: Quick customer service during chat sessions
  • Cons: When I went to install this basic version the software indicated that all previous data on my computer will be deleted if using a higher version, older dated quicken such as quicken deluxe 2007.
