Not worth it

Tom, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: The two main reasons I bought this software, I am unable to do. I am unable to burn a dvd to a format that will play in any cd/dvd player. The default format is a corel format, I have had several back and forth qustions and answers with their customer care tech's, and they have ignored the last two replies.

Decent stuff

  • Excerpt: I use this for short slideshows with video clips. The ability to add and sync music, photos and video clips make slideshows more interesting. This is a fast program. Everything processes fast. It has a lot of functions and filters, and ability to mix and layer multiple video clips. And the white balance tool is pretty accurate. Also, many types of video format to export with. No problems with crashing.
  • Pros: Easy to Customize, Easy to Navigate, Versatile

Video Editing 101

Joseph L., Newegg
22 June 2014
  • Summary: Shipping was fast and the package arrived in the condition that was expected. Thanks, Newegg!
  • Pros: * Entry-level video editing software. * Use if you're a beginner or a casual editor who just needs something simple. * Very intuitive and easy to learn. * Great quality for the price. * Use it if you prefer PC editing to Mac editing.
  • Cons: * Not as advanced as its Adobe counterpart. * Comes with some extra features, but nothing that's AAA-quality. * If you want to get into higher-level video editing, go with a Mac and Mac-based software instead.
