Summary: fast, easy to use and price right. what more can you ask for? I think the learning curve is definately on track with what one could expect from photo editing software. Much easier to understand than elements or photoshop in my opinion.
Pros: recommend to anyone using photo editing tools

Pros: There are many features here, and most are easy to use. The interface is a standard Windows deal. You can float and dock windows and get access to various functions.
Cons: Extremely unstable with the latest service pack. Crashes without any warning, randomly, on my otherwise very stable PC running Windows 7. Some tools take longer and longer to load, like the Drop Shadow plugin, which after its 10 use takes 5-8 seconds to o
Pros: I think that this build has the best photo editing of all of the builds, I have Windows 7 and this version works great with it....I had kept all my old versions and up to PSP X2 I would go between 9 or 10 and X2 as there were parts in all of them I liked
Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit slow to load but I just go and make a coffee and it done by the time I get back
