Excerpt: Older versions of Photoshop CS were better. The latest update of CC2015 consistently causes Photoshop to crash, even after Adobe spent over an hour trying to fix it (taking charge of my computer). CS just worked far better than CC does overall.
Excerpt: I'm new to photo editing and thought it was time to step up and figure it out. I must say that if you plan on jumping into this program and have great results without a tremendous, ibuprofen needed effort, think again. The program comes with nothing but the subscription card and that's all.
Excerpt: Photoshop is Photoshop. It's a great but complicated program. I don't like buying a subscription vs a product. Download process was painfully slow. Even though I had already paid, I was forced to give my CC number for "next year".
Excerpt: The Creative Cloud part was fine, but I had to wait for B&H to send me a card with a code before I could download the software. Why wait, I should have been able to up and running the minute after I paid for it.
Excerpt: I was really looking forward to Lightroom 6 but was disappointed with several of the new features. After trying HDR and photmerge in Lightroom CC, I went back to Photomatix and AutoPano as these external tools continue to provide superior results.
May not be a good value for the Lightroom-only photographer

Excerpt: I've been using the stand-alone Lightroom for years, and I don't use Photoshop. When Lightroom 6/CC came out I decided to take the excellent offer from B&H and buy a subscription. I did this mainly because I was interested in the mobile Lightroom apps for iPhone and iPad.
Excerpt: As an amateur LR has become my main editing program. The new features in CC/LR6 are very useful but was hoping for more. Haven't noticed any real speed increase yet. I made the switch to CC because of the announcement that no future updates would be forthcoming to LR6.
