Good basic photo editor

  • Excerpt: I use this for hobby photography and some publishing. I opted to give it a try after using Aperture and iPhoto for a number of years now. At first, I've found it to be a bit complicated, not necessarily intuitive. With continued use this will likely pass.

Is the Lightroom 5.0 upgrade worth the price?

  • Summary: The main two upgraded features which I will use from the version 5.0 upgrade are 1) The ability to offset the vignetting and 2) The improved spot correction tool. While there are some other small features these two are the main reason I purchased the upgrade.
