Reviews and Problems with Adobe CS6 Production Premium

Summary: To be honest, I upgraded from CS5.5 to CS6 due to future versions being subscription/cloud only. I am one of those "upgrade every 2-3 years" kind of user, and the subscription model is just more money than I want to spend. I primarily use three applications: Adobe Camera Raw, Photoshop, and Audition.
Summary: Although CS6 has not been used to it's full potential to date what has been used has been an advance on previous Production Premiums. Having used CS5 extensively I find that 6 is more intuitive. The improved ability, via the Dynamic Link, to move from one production feature to another has increased my (amateur) creativity.
Summary: I got this mainly for Photoshop and Audition, it's nice though that there are several other products bundled in as well. All programs work well, though I've noticed Audition tends to crash every once in a while for no apparent reason. It recovers well just restart and tell it to continue. Photoshop will run a little slow on systems with 4 or less Gig of RAM I've noticed as well. Over all though a good product.
Summary: Very much worth the money. CS6 is a fantastic choice, I think the only request I would have is to include 2 more computers able to run each copy of CS6. Right now there are 3 computers that have permission to run it, would be nice if there were 5. (at least in my situation) BUT I think that speaks pretty loud if THAT is the complaint... great job.
Summary: My initial reaction to CS6 was a bit disappointed. I bought the online version, and the first time I used one of the suite components, 350+MB worth of updates were downloaded and installed. I understand the need for online updates when installing from a CD or DVD, but why not downloaded the patched version of the product in the first place?
Summary: Die vorwiegend genutzten Programme finde ich rundum sehr gut.
Summary: I upgraded to CS6 Production in the hopes I could make the transition away from FCS 3, which everyone still seems to be on despite the deadness of the platform. Obviously Premiere 6 is a perfectly capable editor, but when you're grinding out work for money day after day, there are a multitude of details that become very, very important. A lot of those details just aren't there yet in Premiere 6.
Summary: Having always been interested in design, animations and video, I have waited a long time to finally make the splash and buy an Adobe product. I have a Macbook Pro Retina and this package runs really well. I was a little disappointed that all of the functions within Photoshop Extended did not work but have since read that updates are due this supporting the Retina display Macbook Pro.
