Cons: This product is garbage. I bought two discs, one for every computer, and immediately after the software was installed I started having the following problem: After shutting down or restarting, a blue screen appeared with the following message: “operations are in progress, please wait. The compute...
Summary: you need a good processor (CPU) to be able to diliver the goods some cpu's just aren't able to process acronis as well as windows updates, anti-virus malware software and other software that's running at the same time, trust me it will fail to do anything and will frezze up on you, some systems i...
Excerpt: I've successfully used Acronis for years. Good while it lasted. Unfortunately, the current "upgrades" required under Win 8.1 have rendered Acronis True Image (ATI) nearly non-functional. ATI will not recognize its own backup files, so it is impossible to make incremental backups!
Cons: Barely Functional, Hard To Install or Upgrade, Incremental Doesn't Work, Terrible Customer Support
Cons: It doesn't work at all, I couldn't even get it to install. I contacted them and they said it was a Microsoft issue. I also followed the solution they posted on there web site still didn't work. I am returning and would NOT recommend it at all.
Summary: when it comes to scheduling and recovery it only works with the same backup scheme (i,e. incremental will only recover incremental) ect, ect, i made this mistake for along time and thought something was wrong with the software, but it was me..
Pros: does cloning and scheme backups with scheduling and has done it for years

Pros: None. I wish I could give zero starts, but the site demands at least one to indicate I responded.
Cons: Acronis True Image simply does not work. Sure, it will APPEAR to be making backups. But the real test comes when trying to RESTORE a backup. Safety tip: Don't try to test it unless you already have a backup saved from a reputable company. When your restore from Acronis doesn't work, you will then...
