Never got to download the game, so the rating is for sadness

Summary: The game I purchased would not download and I can get almost every game to load and install. I think it was a bad disk from the manufacturer. I loved this game back when I had a Win 95 and was unhappy that it wouldn't load. It was a new Disk, but I think it had a missing code command internally. These are hard to find for Win XP. The seller tried to help, but to no avail, her suggestions were insightful. I hope to find another. The game series itself is great fun.
Badly in need of a update for modern operating systems

Summary: So if you follow best practices and do not log onto your computer as an administrator, you will have problems with this game. This is because it insists in writing updates after each round to a data file in a system protected area. We solve the problem by right clicking and launching the game with admin rights, but this is really dumb, and should not be required. Instead they should follow Microsoft Programming guidelines and permit running as a least privilege user.
Summary: I, too, bought this game under the assumption it had online multiplayer (because Steam just said "multiplayer" and not "local multiplayer" as I believe it normally would) for up to 3 players (because the only games used to support 3 players). I really doubt this will ever happen, but I hope the devs "fix" this issue.
Summary: Trivia for one, Alex! Yes, it's irreverent; and borderline offensive! Maybe what you'd like Alex Trebeck to be like after the studio audience cleared out and he wasn't wearing his dare-you-to-sit-down suit. The action requires intelligence, concentration, and greed; and many of the questions are hysterical. Genuine TV-show formatting of questions and activities you'd never think you'd know the answers to. You may surprise yourself, buuuut, probably not.
Summary: Yes, it's a PC game. No, nobody plays those anymore unless they're ORPGs. But this one is totally worth it! Go a little old-school, share the keyboard with your friend, partner, or neighborhood stray goat and laugh! Yup, you could play with virtually anyone and still have a good time with this one.
Summary: First you have to install this game. Then you must go into the folder of the game and make the .exe file of the game in compatibility mode for windows 7. However, you must also restart the system every time you want to play it.
Summary: Really like playing this game, alone because it makes a person feel really dumb...I feel I have to answer in a hurry and I hit the wrong answer or make a wrong guess, but I will continue to play it is fun,.
Summary: not as much fun as "The Ride" but it's pretty entertaining. The Ride had those quirky things like making fun of us for playing the game on Valentine's Day - pretty much calling us losers. Another time, someone typed in a not so nice word as their name - the game gave us a 15 minute "time out" for bad behaviour - we couldn't play the game until it let us back in. Sometimes it would change (it always seemed to be Player 2) one of our names to something of its choosing.
