Summary: The game is okay. I like the detail, but it is VERY difficult to get started. The tutorial in the beginning was for flying, and asked me to shoot something when my ship does not and cannot be outfitted with weapons. Much of the game so far is a lead-in the main story.
Summary: I have all the games in the series, from X.B.T.F. to this one. The combat and missions Suck big time. The economy model is alright, takes time to make money. The only thing thats comes close to the combat model is Battlecruiser 3000. You get a mission and there very little help .
Summary: It is a pretty good game...the only thing i dont like about it is the fact that on the first few missions so far i can click the auto pilot on the jump gate your sposed ta go to and i have time to smoke a cig and come back before i actually get to it...
Pros: this game has great graphics except for this dust or snow looking stuff that kinda makes it hard to see somtimes...huge game play environment...i no alot of peeps r sayn that it has a steep curve but it for me it really wasnt that bad as long as you have the manual and do the training mission(no ...
Cons: It takes for ever to get from point a to point b inside a sector...but then again mabey its cuz i havent got the better ships yet...also you can only save at docking stations so if you crash or get killed your gona be set back quite abit
Summary: Like the previous X titles, this version has added more and more functionality and playability. The only drawback of this series in general has been the cut scenes, but this is a minor issue compared to the number of hours each version can remain playable.
Summary: As I played through Terran Conflict, I found myself recalling why the previous X games sit gathering dust on my shelf after a few months of play. Somehow I don't seem to learn, and continue to get sucked in. X3 is a game that could be superb.
