I could understand if it was like freelancer and X Beyond
25 May 2015
Summary: It is just different as I have played X beyond, X2 the threat, and X 3. Micromanaging jobs changed the game play to the extent of saying this is a new game or a new path diverging form the original formula.
Summary: I waited a long time to play this game due to it's buggy release. I told myself the reviews were only bad because because of the bugs. 40 hours in and feeling frustrated and hurt trying to force myself to love this game it's just not working. I am sad to say. I wanted to build an empire.
Summary: i was anticipating that the bugs reported in all reviews on the net where slowly dissapearing after some months. Hate to say that this is not the case and this is an unplayable piece of software i deinstalled after playing for less than an hour. DO NOT BUY!
Summary: A terribly disappointing release that seems to freeze or crash in a different way each time it's played. In scale it might be compared to Skyrim, with its impressively large playable area, but X Rebirth lacks any significant diversity within that space.
Summary: A reboot of the X franchise that risks killing it off. Throwing out the tried and true features that past players liked, Rebirth has some truly incomprehensible design decisions that should never have made it out of brainstorming sessions.
Summary: I love(d) the old X games, they are just very good games - this one however is a little disappointing. The game feels like they changed the target audience to sell to the mass market and got away from those of us that liked the old versions.
