Summary: A New Expansion of World of warcraft, new class Death Knight, New map Northrend, New battleground Isle of conquest.... I feel bored after i reach lvl 80. People just keep doing heroics to get badges, build up better gears to raid.
Summary: This is a fun game but leveling takes forever. I stopped playing at level 76. Just takes too much time to level! I have 4 other characters to get from 70 to 80 and I don't have that kind of time to spend on it anymore. If you have the time to kill I highly recommend this game!
Summary: As a long time WOW player (from way back in vanilla wow) I eagerly anticipated the release of this expansion as I am sure everyone else did. Once it came out I leveled my mage up as fast as I could, questing and knocking out the new instances which I thought were very well done. The graphics were great, the new quests were well done, I pretty much enjoyed everything with the game.
Summary: WoW sucked me in for quite some time when it first came out. Quit for several months and came back for 1 month for BC and 1 month for LK. WoW is a finely crafted time sink...I mean game. You can putter around doing solo stuff, but the amount of effort, preparation, and time commitment for end game raiding is mind boggling. This type of game is impossible at end game without a guild.
Summary: If you can, make a paladin. At the moment they are much stronger than other classes. If you want to try the abilities of all the classes, make a druid. If you want to play a game with your friends and don't have a lot of gaming skills this is the game to play. It feels very cartoony. Try the trial first. I've played a lot of mmorpgs, this one has mass appeal for being noob friendly, but you will feel bored and unchallenged if your a long time gamer.
Pros: Very noob friendly. Even friend's moms play and can get to the end game content with no problem. Even before the expansion they were able to down all the end bosses.
Cons: It gets really boring. It's just constant questing, same dungeons over and over, in the high populated areas most people only get a few frames a second. The characters are not balanced. They keep changing things, but they are still far from balanced.
Summary: Mostly disappointed because pvping used to be my favorite part of wow, crossing my fingers for the next x-pac/patch or new arena season to fix these problems. And if they raise the lvl cap again everyone is going to quit.
Pros: Made questing actually kind of fun, the arthas cut scenes are awesome and some of the quests blew me away.
Cons: Made the game too easy, just tank and spank basically, and most of all they ruined pvp. Now you can raid for high end pvp gear, the new bg's and arena's are skill-less, and the points system is jacked up.
For better or worse, its WoW with a new difficulty curve

Summary: For the most part, this is by far the best incarnation of WoW yet. Northrend is joy to quest in since it looks nice, has excellent lore (at least for the alliance) that involves you like never before, and a new class that is really fun to play. However, after awhile the novelty of all this new stuff wears off and you're left with the end game content to keep you playing. As someone who can't raid, I was really looking forward to getting to run the new heroics and things.
