World of Goo

Mario Miranda, Amazon
26 December 2012
  • Summary: Must own!! Play simple and well executed. Mayor soundtrack ... The game gives epic moments, using the maximum number of Goos to build bridges to cross valleys, passing scraping by cutting saws and build buildings made of Goos in extreme wind conditions.

Lacking motivation

Diego3Ke, Amazon
25 October 2012
  • Summary: Though the game itself is a great puzzle, it lacks rewards and a plot to engage the player. It requires that you save x many goo balls, but suggests that you save more. While this does present a new challenge, getting away with the minimum gives the same feeling of achievement as only using two goo balls out of one hundred. The "reward" is that the excess saved goo balls are able to be used in the free mode, where you participate in the construction of a tall structure.

Challenging game

SJR, Amazon
20 May 2012
  • Summary: Have only been playing this game for a few hours but enjoy the fact that each level must be figured out on your own, no hints or escape buttons. Can be a bit frustrating at times but what's the point of playing games if they aren't challenging. The first level is kinda easy but are getting harder as I progress into the game, not a game for those who want to finish quickly.

  • Summary: This is an awesome indy game, only thing I would deduct a star from is lack of options to configure the game. This is remedied by downloading GooTool.
