Summary: It pains me to see how underrated this game is, because not having a multiplayer mode in today's gaming world is an automatic curse, despite having a well designed single player campaign with one of the best stories in any game. The graphics don't push the current or even the last gen hardware, but the game runs at steady 60 FPS with some of the most varied artwork in a 3D game (thanks to It pains me to see how underrated this game is, because not having a multiplayer...
Good game, better than average gameplay, nice reboot

Summary: Better than average game. Fun to play, and with a lot more story than the usual Wolfenstein game. I had to get this since I was designing graphics cards when Castle Wolfenstein came out and actually had to play that more than a few times as part of our card driver debug and this was a nice trip down memory lane (make sure you get the mini-game of the original in this one to see how far things have come). It's nice to see the franchise coming back.
The graphics are great but the story line failed to capture my attention ...

Summary: The graphics are great but the story line failed to capture my attention after 3 weeks. The levels seem repetitive and on-going. Many people have said the games takes a step back to the classic Wolfenstein which I think it does. But the games of then as played against the games of now just don't come to par. It needed more story I'd say.
a first person shooter that doesn't make you rely on your friends to make it fun. No co-op

Summary: Finally, a first person shooter that doesn't make you rely on your friends to make it fun. No co-op, no multiplayer deathmatch. Just an amazing shooter wrapped in a fantastic story and topped with mecha nazis. Environment is a nice changeup from the usual "You're in the middle of a desert, deal with it" scene we've been stuck in for years.
Summary: Wolfenstein: the New Order is in the classical tradition of the original Wolfenstein that came out on 3 1/2" disks. Thoroughly enjoyable although some of the solutions, like mastering the sprint slide, are a bit tricky. But that is part of the whole game experience. One serious disappointment for me was that the four disks that come with the package do not comprise the entire program.
Summary: Having grown tired of Titanfall and all the myriad other FPS games out there without a compelling single-player campaign, this was tremendously refreshing. Great story-line, continuity to its predecessors without dependency on them for the first "Wolfenstein-er", a solid play from start to finish.
Summary: I bought it in a sale, and no regrets. I am not a multiplayer guy, so I based this on a single player campaign. Coming from COD Ghost, this was much better experience, gameplay and more importantly, fun. Fighting nazis is also a plus, the alternative future is a plus in the campaign. Only negative probably are dialogs...a lot of cliche's, but in the end it does not affect the gameplay. If you enjoy a Single Player FPS, this is for you. No doubt.
